Mission
For the first time, our nation is grappling with a prolonged, multi-front war, drawing on the strength of hundreds of thousands of reservists while our society remains deeply divided and polarized.
Since October 7th, more than 300,000 reservists have been called to their units, facing an uncertain future with no clear end in sight. The expectation is this will persist for several years, and the strain it’s placing on these soldiers – along with their families, relationships, and careers – is immeasurable.

Miluimnikim works directly with battalion commanders who are in the field and know exactly what their soldiers’ needs are. We are raising awareness and giving our heroes and their families the support they need so they can continue to protect our

Our Team
‘Miluimnikim’ was founded by ‘Nifgashim’, an a-political growing movement seeking to connect and unify Israeli society.
‘Nifgashim’ united over 60 Israeli organizations to champion our cause together and support our reservists.
‘Miluimnikinm’ is operated by a lean team of passionate reservists on the front lines, together with leaders in the business, defense, and NGO sectors in Israel.
Who we are
David Solomon
Founder & CEO
Commander in Reserves, and founder of Nifgashim. Recognized as one of the 40 under 40 most influential individuals in Israel. Honored for his leadership and social Activity by the Zionist Leadership Institute.
Dani Goodman
Project Manager
Dani serves in the elite unit of Maglan in reserves and has spent most of his time since 10/7 serving in Gaza and up North. Dani was awarded the Yom Ha'atzmaut President Award for his service.
Shai Bernstein
New York Branch
Shai served as a Captain in the elite unit of Sayeret Givati. He works in Tech and relocated to NY for his wife’s fellowship 2 years ago. Since October 7th, Shai has been coming back and forth from Gaza to NY, to join his unit.
